Ultrasonic Sensors

Capacitive Sensors

Label Sensors

Using our sensors for label detection in a forked construction, labels can be positioned precisely at high belt speeds. Magnetic Field Sensors

Magnetic field sensors are designed for pneumatic cylinders with integrated magnets. The piston position is detected through the cylinder wall.

Vision Sensors

Vision sensors can be operated intuitively and are commissioned within minutes without training. They can be used out of the box and have extensive software tools and standardized interfaces available for communication with peripherals.

Profile Sensors

Profile sensors compare the profile of the checked object with a taught target profile using the light section technology.

Thanks to their high colour tolerance and insensitivity to extraneous light, the profile sensors can safely detect the smallest differences, e.g. between almost identical parts, even if the lighting or object colour changes. This makes them ideally suited for quality inspections.

Software

nVision-i saves time – through a clear user interface that is intuitive and easy to use, and through high-performance tools that are consistently optimised for the highest quality at maximum performance.

The free CS-60 demo licence is required to activate the nVision-i software, which can be downloaded from the download area on the detail page of a CS-60.

After purchasing a CS-60 vision sensor, the device can be expanded with additional functions such as measuring and 1D & 2D code reading via simple licensing.

Handheld Id Readers

In most industries, data must be detected quickly, reliably and flexibly.
